Poniższa informacja dotyczy wszystkich studentów Politechniki Wrocławskiej (w tym studentów cudzoziemców, za wyjątkiem uczestników wymian studenckich).
Informacje o rozdziale miejsc dla kandydatów na studia zostaną ogłoszone w późniejszym terminie (po ogłoszeniu wyników I rekrutacji).
Informacja o rozdziale miejsc dla doktorantów zostanie ogłoszona w późniejszym terminie (do końca maja).
Uprzejmie informujemy, że dnia 1 maja 2019 roku rozpocznie się przyjmowanie wniosków o miejsce w domach studenckich Politechniki Wrocławskiej na rok akademicki 2019/2020. Złożony w systemie Edukacja.CL wniosek należy wydrukować, podpisać a następnie dostarczyć do Działu Pomocy Socjalnej dla Studentów i Doktorantów (bud. C-13 pok. 1.01) w godzinach otwarcia wraz z ew. dodatkową dokumentacją (np. dokumentacją dochodową). Termin przyjmowania podań mija dnia 31 maja 2019 roku o godzinie 14:30 (termin dostarczania wniosków do Działu).
Zasady punktowej oceny sytuacji studenta jak i inne dokumenty związane z zasadami zamieszkiwania w domach studenckich Politechniki Wrocławskiej dostępne są pod adresem https://prs.pwr.edu.pl/?page_id=582. Studenci I semestru, studiów II stopnia, którzy ukończyli I stopień studiów na innej niż Politechnika uczelni winni są udokumentować swoje wyniki w nauce (np. ksero suplementu do dyplomu). Przypominamy, że średnia ocen uwzględniana we wniosku to średnia ważona za semestr zimowy 2018/2019!!!
Studenci ostatniego roku (niezależnie od stopnia studiów), którzy aktualnie zamieszkują domy studenckie nie składają podań o miejsce w domu studenckim. Mają oni prawo do zamieszkiwania do dnia egzaminu dyplomowego, nie dłużej jednak niż do 15 lipca br.
Warunkiem przyjęcia i rozpatrzenia wniosku studentów ostatniego roku jest dołączenia zaświadczenia z dziekanatu o kontynuacji nauki w semestrze zimowym 2019/2020.
Osoby posiadające orzeczenie o stopniu niepełnosprawności, które ze względu na stan swojego zdrowia powinny zamieszkiwać w pokoju jednoosobowym (w tym osoby wymagające zamieszkiwania z opiekunem) muszą dołączyć do wniosku pismo skierowane do Prorektora ds. Studenckich z prośbą o przydzielenie pokoju, wraz z uzasadnieniem konieczności samodzielnego zamieszkiwania (zamieszkiwania z opiekunem) oraz dokumentację potwierdzającą podniesione w piśmie argumenty (np. kserokopia orzeczenia o stopniu niepełnosprawności). Wnioski te w pierwszej kolejności zostaną rozpatrzone pod kątem przydziału zwykłej promesy do domu studenckiego (wyniki czerwiec 2019 roku), a następnie w ramach rezerwy Prorektora ds. Studenckich zostaną rozpatrzone pod kątem przydziału do pokoju jednoosobowego (wyniki wrzesień 2019 roku).
Pragniemy przypomnieć, iż punkty za kontynuację zamieszkiwania przysługują osobom, które w chwili składania wniosku zamieszkują w jednym z domów studenckich naszej Uczelni.
Osoby pobierające w chwili składania wniosku stypendium socjalne otrzymują punkty za sytuację materialną bez konieczności dołączania dodatkowych dokumentów. Osoby, które chcą otrzymać punkty z tytułu sytuacji materialnej, a które nie pobierają na PWr w chwili składania wniosku stypendium socjalnego winne są dołączyć do wniosku komplet dokumentów przewidziany przez regulamin pomocy materialnej dla studentów PWr.
Osoby wnioskujące o przydział promesy do domu studenckiego dla małżeństw wraz z wnioskiem zobowiązane są do dostarczenia: 1) kserokopii odpisu aktu małżeństwa / zaświadczeniu o planowanym terminie zawarcia związku małżeńskiego (nie później niż 30 września) i/lub 2) kserokopii odpisu aktu urodzenia dziecka i/lub 3) zaświadczenie o pobieraniu nauki przez współmałżonka. Wnioski bez dokumentów wymienionych w punkcie 1 i/lub 2 nie będą rozpatrywane.
Wyniki rozdziału miejsc zostaną ogłoszone do dnia 15 czerwca 2019 roku. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące wyników (np. informacja o przydzielonym domu studenckim) będą dostępne w systemie Edukacja.CL (w szczegółach rozstrzygnięcia).
UWAGA!!! Informacje dotyczące m.in. kaucji, terminów kwaterunku czy nawet utraty promesy będą wysyłane na pocztę studencką (https://s.student.pwr.edu.pl/) dlatego zachęcamy do regularnego sprawdzania otrzymywanych wiadomości.

The information below applies to all students of the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (including foreign students, with the exception of student exchange participants).
Information about division of dormitories for candidates for studies will be announced at a later date (after the results of the first admission).
Information about division of dormitories for PhD students will be announced at a later date (by the end of May).
We would like to kindly inform you that from 1st May 2019, you will be able to submit application for a place in dormitories of the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology for the academic year 2019/2020. The application submitted via Edukacja.CL system should be printed, signed and then delivered to the Dział Pomocy Socjalnej dla Studentów i Doktorantów (building C-13 room 1.01) during opening hours. The deadline for submitting applications ends on 31st May 2019 at 14:30 hour (deadline for submitting applications to the Dział Pomocy Socjalnej dla Studentów i Doktorantów).
Division has ranking character. Principles of point assessment of the student’s situation as well as other documents related to the rules of living in student dormitories of the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology are available at webpage https://prs.pwr.edu.pl/?page_id=582. Students of the first semester, second degree studies, who have completed the first degree of study at a university other than the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology are obligated to document their academic performance (eg photocopy of the diploma supplement). We would like to remind you that the average of grades included in the application is the weighted average for the winter semester of 2018/2019!!!
Students of the last year and semester of their studies (regardless of degree of studies) who currently live in dormitories cannot submit applications for a place for next academic year (because we need to assume that they will be graduated students). They have the right to reside until the date of the diploma examination, but no longer than until 15 July this year.
The condition for accepting and considering the application of students of last year is to attach a certificate from the dean’s office about continuing education in the winter semester of 2019/2020.
Students with a disability certificate, who due to their health condition should live in a single room (including people who need to live with a guardian) must attach to the application a letter addressed to the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs with a request to assign a room, with justification for the necessity of independent habitation (with the guardian) and documentation confirming the arguments raised in the letter (eg. photocopy of the disability certificate). These applications will first be considered in terms of standard assignment to dormitories (results June 2019), and then Vice-Rector for Student Affairs will consider them in terms of allocation to a single room (results September 2019).
We would like to remind you that the points for continued residence are available to people who at the moment of submitting application reside in one of the student dormitories of Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.
Students receiving the social scholarship at the time of submitting the application receive points for the material situation without need to attach additional documents. Students wishing to receive points for a material situation who do not receive a social scholarship at the PWr at the time of submitting the application should attach to the application a set of documents provided for by the rules of material support for PWr students.
Students applying for a assignment of room in dormitory for married students, with the application are required to provide: 1) a photocopy of the marriage certificate / certificate of the planned date of marriage (not later than September 30)
and / or 2) photocopies of the birth certificate
and / or 3) a certificate of education if spouse is student.
Applications without documents listed in point 1 and / or 2 will not be considered.
The results of division will be announced till June 15, 2019. Detailed information on the results (eg information about assigned dormitory) will be available in the Edukacja.CL system (in the decision details).
ATTENTION!!! Information about: guarantee deposit, dates of accommodation or even loss of assignment will be sent to you via student mail account (https://s.student.pwr.edu.pl/) therefore we encourage you to check the received messages regularly.
Information about dormitories for international candidates should be available in International Office and Admission Office.
