Poniższa informacja dotyczy wszystkich studentów Politechniki Wrocławskiej (w tym studentów cudzoziemców, za wyjątkiem uczestników wymian studenckich).
Informacje o rozdziale miejsc dla kandydatów na studia zostaną ogłoszone w późniejszym terminie.

Uprzejmie informujemy, że dnia 1 lipca 2020 roku rozpocznie się przyjmowanie wniosków
o miejsce w zlokalizowanych we Wrocławiu domach studenckich Politechniki Wrocławskiej na rok akademicki 2020/2021. Przed tym terminem system będzie zablokowany. Zakończenie przyjmowania podań nastąpi na koniec dnia 14 lipca 2020 roku.

Wykaz opłat za korzystanie z domów studenckich w Politechnice Wrocławskiej obowiązujący w roku akademickim 2020/2021 zostanie opublikowany przed rozpoczęciem rozdziału miejsc w domach studenckich tj. do końca czerwca na stronie https://prs.pwr.edu.pl/.

UWAGA 2
W związku z aktualnymi wytycznymi MNiSW oraz GIS, w związku z sytuacją epidemiologiczną, miejsca rozdzielane będą w pierwszej kolejności jako miejsca jednoosobowe. Jeżeli wymóg zakwaterowania jednoosobowego w DS nie zostanie zniesiony, mieszkańca będzie obowiązywać opłata za zakwaterowanie zgodna z cennikiem jak dla pokoju jednoosobowego (niezależnie od pierwotnego przeznaczenia pokoju).
W przypadku zmiany wytycznych MNiSW/GIS ws. zakwaterowania w domach studenckich, na dotychczas nierozdzielone miejsca w pokojach (w pokojach, które docelowo nie są przeznaczone do samodzielnego zakwaterowania), kierowane będą kolejne osoby. W takim wypadku mieszkańca będzie obowiązywać opłata odpowiednio jak za pokój jedno-, dwu-, trzy- i czteroosobowy. UWAGA 3
Zgodnie ze zmianami w Regulaminie świadczeń dla studentów i doktorantów, aplikowanie
o miejsca studenckie we Wrocławiu odbywa się wyłącznie elektronicznie (w dalszej części informacji wyjątki).
W celu złożenia wniosku należy w terminie od 1 lipca do 14 lipca 2020 roku zarejestrować w systemie Edukacja.CL wniosek o miejsce w domach studenckich. Wnioski zarejestrowane w systemie poza ww. terminem nie będą uwzględniane.

Zasady punktowej oceny sytuacji studenta określona są w § 23 Regulaminu świadczeń dla studentów i doktorantów Politechniki Wrocławskiej, który dostępny jest pod adresem https://prs.pwr.edu.pl/?page_id=578. Pozostałe dokumenty związane z zasadami zamieszkiwania w domach studenckich Politechniki Wrocławskiej dostępne są w pod adresem https://prs.pwr.edu.pl/?page_id=582.
Przypominamy, że średnia ocen uwzględniana we wniosku to średnia ważona za semestr zimowy 2019/2020 podana do 3 miejsc po przecinku!!!
Dodatkowe punkty z tytułu sytuacji materialnej mogą otrzymać wyłącznie osoby pobierające stypendium socjalne w chwili składania podania o miejsce w DS. W celu otrzymania dodatkowych punktów, w rubryce „Czy dokumentuje dochody” należy wybrać opcję „Tak”. Osoby nie pobierające stypendium socjalnego w chwili składania podania, powinny wybrać opcję „Nie”.
W celu uzyskania dodatkowych punktów Samorządu Studenckiego z tytułu aktywności studenckiej należy w terminie do 12 lipca skorzystać z formularza na stronie https://samorzad.pwr.edu.pl/dodatkowe-punkty-do-domow-studenckich.
Osoby aktywnie działające na rzecz Domów Studenckich PWr mogą starać się o otrzymanie z tego tytułu dodatkowych punków. W tym celu należy skierować mailową prośbę do kierownika domu studenckiego, w ramach którego wykazał się aktywnością. Dane kontaktowe dostępne są na stronie https://prs.pwr.edu.pl/?page_id=529. Prośbę należy przesłać w terminie do 10 lipca.
Na podstawie zgłoszeń oraz aktywności Zarząd Parlamentu Studentów oraz Dział Domów Studenckich przekażą bezpośrednio do Działu Pomocy Socjalnej dla Studentów i Doktorantów listę osób, którym przyznane zostały dodatkowe punkty. Weryfikacja punktów w poszczególnych wnioskach będzie odbywać się wyłącznie na podstawie tych list.

Studenci, którzy aktualnie studiują są na ostatnim semestrze studiów (niezależnie od stopnia studiów), którzy aktualnie zamieszkują domy studenckie nie składają podań o miejsce w domu studenckim. Mają oni prawo do zamieszkiwania do dnia egzaminu dyplomowego, nie dłużej jednak niż do 15 lipca br. (student 6 semestru 7 semestralnych studiów I stopnia nie jest studentem ostatniego roku, dopiero będzie w październiku).
Warunkiem przyjęcia i rozpatrzenia wniosku studentów ostatniego roku (semestru) studiów jest dołączenia zaświadczenia z dziekanatu o kontynuacji nauki w semestrze zimowym 2020/2021. Zaświadczenie należy przesłać skanem na adres dps@pwr.edu.pl. UWAGA! Wymóg dostarczenia zaświadczenia związany jest z tym, że osoby te co do zasady powinny utracić status studenta przed 1 października 2020 r.

UWAGA studenci wymagający samodzielnego zakwaterowania!
Osoby posiadające orzeczenie o stopniu niepełnosprawności, które ze względu na stan swojego zdrowia powinny zamieszkiwać w pokoju jednoosobowym (w tym osoby wymagające zamieszkiwania z opiekunem) mają prawo aplikować o zakwaterowanie w pokoju dedykowanym do samodzielnego zakwaterowania, w tym zakwaterowania w pokojach przystosowanych do potrzeb osób posiadających problemy z poruszaniem. W tym celu należy złożyć wniosek (pismo formalne) skierowany do Prorektora ds. Studenckich z prośbą o przydzielenie pokoju, wraz z uzasadnieniem konieczności samodzielnego zamieszkiwania (zamieszkiwania z opiekunem) oraz dokumentację potwierdzającą podniesione w piśmie argumenty (np. kserokopia orzeczenia o stopniu niepełnosprawności). Wniosek (pismo) wraz z załącznikami należy w terminie do 14 lipca przesłać w formie skanu na adres dps@pwr.edu.pl.
Powyższą prośbę/wniosek do Prorektora należy złożyć niezależnie od podstawowego wniosku o miejsce w DS. Rozdział pokoi dedykowanych do samodzielnego zakwaterowania realizowany jest w ramach rezerwy Prorektora ds. Studenckich (wyniki wrzesień 2020 roku).

UWAGA studenci aplikujący o przydział miejsca rodzinnego!
Aby wniosek o przydzielenie miejsca rodzinnego został uwzględniony konieczne jest przesłanie na adres dps@pwr.edu.pl:
1) kserokopii odpisu aktu małżeństwa / zaświadczeniu o planowanym terminie zawarcia związku małżeńskiego (nie później niż 30 września) i/lub
2) kserokopii odpisu aktu urodzenia dziecka.
Wnioski bez dokumentów wymienionych w punkcie 1 i/lub 2 nie będą rozpatrywane.
W celu otrzymania dodatkowych punktów z tytułu pobierania nauki przez małżonka studenta wnioskującego o przydział miejsca, konieczne jest przesłanie aktualnego zaświadczenie
o pobieraniu nauki (przez współmałżonka).

Wyniki rozdziału miejsc zostaną ogłoszone do dnia 24 lipca 2020 roku. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące wyników (np. informacja o przydzielonym domu studenckim) będą dostępne w systemie Edukacja.CL (w szczegółach rozstrzygnięcia).
UWAGA!!! Informacje dotyczące m.in. kaucji, terminów kwaterunku czy nawet utraty promesy będą wysyłane na pocztę studencką (https://s.student.pwr.edu.pl/) dlatego zachęcamy do regularnego sprawdzania otrzymywanych wiadomości.

The following information applies to all students of the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (including foreign students, except of participants of student exchange program).
Information about division of dormitories for candidates for studies will be announced at a later date.
Information about division of dormitories for PhD students will be announced at a later date.
We would like to kindly inform you that on July 1, 2020, you will be able to submit application for a place in dormitories of the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology for the academic year 2020/2021. The Edukacja.CL system will be blocked (in matter of dormitories) before this date. Deadline for submitting applications ends at the end of July 14th, 2020.

The list of fees for accommodation at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology Dorms for academic year 2020/2021 will be published till the end of June at webpage https://prs.pwr.edu.pl/.

NOTE 2
Due to guidelines of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (GIS) about accommodation during present epidemiological situation, first all rooms will be assign as single rooms. If self-carried accommodation in dormitories requirement is not abolished, the resident will be charged with fee according to the price list for a single room (regardless of the original purpose of the room).
In the event of a change in the guidelines of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (GIS) regarding accommodation in student dormitories we will assign another students to rooms that are not intended for self-contained accommodation. In that case, the resident will be charged as for a single, double, triple or quadruple room. Information on the basic assignment of rooms is available at https://prs.pwr.edu.pl/?page_id=582.

NOTE 3
According to the regulations (Regulamin świadczeń dla studentów i doktorantów) you only need to submit application for a place in dormitory in Wroclaw by Edukacja.CL system (check for exceptions beneath). You don’t need to print, sign and send us hard copy of your application.
In order to submit an application, you must register application for dormitory in the Education.CL system between 1st and 14th July, 2020. Applications registered in the system beyond the above-mentioned deadline will not be included.
Edukacja.CL system is not bilingual so we recommend usage of Chrome browser with direct translation or instruction https://prs.pwr.edu.pl/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Instrukcja2.2.pdf (look for yellow clouds with translation).

Division has rank-based character. The scoring rules are described in § 23 of Regulamin świadczeń dla Studentów i Doktorantów, which is available at https://prs.pwr.edu.pl/?page_id=578. Other documents related to dormitories are available at https://prs.pwr.edu.pl/?page_id=582.
We remind you that the average grade taken into account in the application is a weighted average for the winter semester 2019/2020 given to 3 decimal digit !!!
Additional points due to difficult financial situation can only be received by students receiving a social scholarship at the time of applying for a place in dorm. In order to receive these additional points, in the „Czy dokumentuje dochody” section, please select „Tak” (Yes). Students who do not receive a social scholarship should select „Nie” (No) .
In order to obtain additional points from Students Union (points for student attending to for example scientific club), please use the form at webpage https://samorzad.pwr.edu.pl/dodatkowe-punkty-do-domow-studenckich till July 12th.
Students helping during academic year at University Dormitories (for example help during accommodation period) can apply for additional points in this respect. To get these additional points you should send an e-mail with request to the administrator of dormitory where you have been active. Contact details are available at webpage https://prs.pwr.edu.pl/?page_id=529. The request should be sent till July 10th. Based on applications and activity of students, Students Union and Dormitory Department will directly send to Dział Pomocy Socjalnej dla Studentów i Doktorantów (the Department of Social Aid for Students and PhD Students) a list of students who have been awarded with additional points. The verification of points in individual applications will take place only on the basis of those lists.

Students at their last semester of studies (regardless of degree) who are currently living in dormitories cannot apply for a place for next year (because we need to assume that they will be graduated students till 1st October). They have the right to stay in current dormitory until the day of the diploma examination, but not longer than until July 15th.
The condition for accepting and reviewing application of students who are at their last year (and semester) of studies (Currently are at their last semester. Don’t confuse it with „will be”. If you will be at your last semester of studies in winter semester 2020/2021 you don’t need to anything) is to attach a certificate from the dean’s office about continuing education in the winter semester 2020/2021 (E.g. If you currently study at 7th semester of 1st degree studies then you need to add certificate from dean’s.). The certificate should be sent as a scan from students email address to dps@pwr.edu.pl.

ATTENTION students requiring independent accommodation!
Students with a disability certificate, who due to their health condition should live in a single room (including people who need to live with a guardian) have the right to apply for accommodation in a room dedicated for self-contained accommodation, including accommodation in rooms adapted to the needs of people with mobility problems. To apply for it they need to write a formal letter addressed to the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs with a request to assign them to a single room, with justification for the necessity of independent habitation (with the guardian) and documentation confirming the arguments raised in the letter (eg. photocopy of the disability certificate).
These applications will first be considered in terms of standard assignment to dormitories (results June 2019), and then Vice-Rector for Student Affairs will consider them in terms of allocation to a single room (results September 2019). The above request / application to the Vice-Rector should be submitted regardless of the basic application for a place in dorm. Assignment of rooms dedicated to independent accommodation is carried out within the reserve of the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs (results in September 2020).

ATTENTION students applying for the assignment in a dormitory for students families (accommodation with spouse or child/children)!
In order to consider application for a room in a dormitory for students families, it is necessary to send to the following documents (from student email) to address dps@pwr.edu.pl:
1) a photocopy of the marriage certificate / certificate of the planned date of marriage (not later than September 30, 2020) ;
and / or
2) photocopies of the birth certificate.
Applications without the documents listed in point 1 and / or 2 will not be considered.
If your spouse is student/PhD students you can get extra points but you need to add to your application current certificate of studies of your spouse.

The results of the division of rooms will be announced till July 24th, 2020. Detailed information on the results (e.g. information about the assigned student dorm) will be available in the Education.CL system (in the decision details).
ATTENTION!!! Information payment of guarantee deposit (deadline for payment of guarantee deposit August 15th), accommodation dates or even the loss of the assignment (e.g. for not paying guarantee deposit) will be sent to the every student to their student email address (https://s.student.pwr.edu.pl/), therefore we encourage you to check your messages regularly.
